What we do

At Inspire Sierra we know that illness, stressors, and suffering can affect multiple aspects of your life. We believe that life is full of both joyous and painful experiences and we want to help you be present and connected for all of it.

We treat general psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. We also acknowledge that medical, neurological, and orthopedic conditions can have a profound impact on quality of life. We work with other members of your team to help you re-engage in your life after a life-altering illness or injury.

Dr. Pavlatos-Delavoye is a strong advocate of psychotherapy. She uses behavioral therapies to help people mindfully connect to their lives, even when trials, illness, anxiety, and depression make it seem impossible.

We also have a specialized functional disorder and movement clinic, where we help patients with different diagnoses overcome barriers to their best mobility using a combination of behavioral therapy, referrals for adaptive equipment, and medication optimization. Whether you have a functional disorder, MS, or Parkinson’s, this is a fun clinic where you set the goals and move at your own pace.

We are proud to announce that the Sierra Challenged Athletes Foundation is currently co-locating with us! The SCAA is a nonprofit organization run by disabled people, for disabled people. They are dedicated to promoting the independent living model of disability through peer support, education, and resources.
